MAKING A COMPLAINT
If you want to complain about the service
you have received from the Consular Section, please write to the
Vice-Consul Mr Asif Choudhury at the address below. Please mark
your envelope ‘PERSONAL’.
If the complaint refers to Mr Asif
Choudhury personally please write to H.M Consul-General, Mr Robert
Wilson. We aim to answer your complaint within three working days.
