CONTACT US The Consular Section is on the 24th Floor of the Burj al-Fatih building in central Tripoli. It is open to the public 0900-1200 Sunday to Thursday for passport, visa and notarial applications, and from 1330-1400 for the collection of passports and notarial documents only. British citizens requiring consular assistance can call us 0800-1500 Sunday to Thursday.
