COMPLAINTS
Visa applicants should, in the first
instance, aim to resolve any problems they encounter with one of
the UK Visa Officers at the Visa Section.
If, after having spoken to a UK Visa
Officer, you want to complain about the service you have received
from the Visa Section, please write to the Entry Clearance Manager,
Mrs Jo Glover, at the address below.
Please provide: -
- a clear name, address and telephone
number
- a clear description of your complaint
- Visa reference number if possible
- as much detail as possible
In all cases, we will take your complaint
seriously and try to give you a full reply promptly, and in any
case within 20 working days. If we cannot for any reason give you
a full reply within this time, we will tell you when we expect to
do so and keep you up-to-date with progress.
