can download the visa forms you need from this page.
The forms are in Portable Document Format (PDF) and to read
them you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader program installed
on your computer.

form do I need_
From
1 August 2003, new application forms are in use, replacing the old
series of IM2 forms. The IM2 form is no longer accepted. You will
need to complete only one of these forms, according to the type
of application you will make.

VAF1
- to be completed by all applicants. Non-settlement (140K)
VAF2
- Application for settlement (130K)
VAF3
- Direct Airside Transit Visa, DATV, (110K)
VAF4
- Persons applying for the Right of Abode (98K)
